Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 6 tbsp coconut oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp keto-friendly sweetenner
- 6 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment. Set it aside.
Add butter, coconut oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and keto-friendly sweetener in a large mixing bowl, stir until the sweetener is dissolved
Add chocolate chips, coconut flour, shredded coconut, and walnuts to the bowl and mix until combined.
Use a cookie scoop and drop rounded tablespoons about two inches apart onto the parchment-lined pan.
Bake for about 12-15 minutes per batch, or until the exterior is golden brown.
Store these in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Put them into the fridge if you’d like to keep any longer than that.
