Ingredients
- 1 scoop of Garden of Lifeโs Raw Organic Protein and Greens Vanilla
- Alternatively: 1 scoop of Garden of Lifeโs Raw Organic Protein and Greens Chocolate
- 64 g self-raising flour
- 118 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 vegan egg (1 tablespoon flaxseed combined with 2 tablespoons water)
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp extra virgin coconut oil
- Optional: blueberries, maple syrup, cinnamon powder, strawberries, icing sugar, banana
Instructions
Mix flax egg and almond milk in a small bowl.
Mix the vanilla or chocolate plant-based protein powder, flour and salt in a large bowl until combined.
Melt coconut oil in a pan or skillet over a low to medium heat
Pour in your batter, wait for it to bubble on the edges (approx. 3 minutes) and flip. Cook for a further 2 minutes.
Add to your plate and top with maple syrup, fruits or a covering of icing sugar. Enjoy!
