A healthy vegan smoothie packed full of nutrition can be a delicious start to your day, setting you up for whatever the day throws at you.

This blueberry and pineapple smoothie is a tasty twist on a classic protein shake, combining frozen fruit with Garden of Life vegan protein powder to create a gluten-free, plant-based smoothie that’s packed with goodness.

Garden of Life Vegan Protein Powder

This vegan smoothie recipe includes a scoop of our Garden of Life Raw Organic All-in-One Shake in Vanilla flavour, which is designed to help satisfy hunger while supporting healthy weight management.

This protein powder is free from gluten, dairy and soy, and is 100% vegan. Each serving of this vanilla-flavoured protein powder provides 20g of clean, vegan protein derived from 13 raw sprouted ingredients, along with greens, healthy fats and 7g of organic fibre.

Our All-in-One Shake formula also includes a diverse mix of microbiomes and enzymes, as well as 21 vitamins and minerals.

Add a scoop of this vegan protein into your daily routine to help support your muscles, thanks to its vitamin D and protein content; vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function, while protein promotes growth in muscle mass.

What are the Benefits of Blueberries?

Blueberries are known for their antioxidant properties, which means they can play a role in the fight against free radicals that can cause oxidative stress.

Blueberries are also a source of vitamin C, vitamin E and vitamin B6. Vitamin C can contribute to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, and to the normal function of the immune system.

What are the Benefits of Pineapple?

Pineapples are another good source of antioxidants, and they’re also high in fibre, meaning they could play a role in maintaining healthy digestion.

Vitamin A and vitamin C can also be found in pineapple.
