- 50 g instant or rolled oats
- 33 g Garden of Life Raw Organic Vanilla Protein
- ½ ripe banana mashed
- 120 ml milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Cooking spray
- Optional: Your choice of toppings (banana and berries make great additions)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
