Ingredients

  • 25 g oats
  • 15 g oat flour
  • 30 g Garden of Life Raw Organic Chocolate Protein Powder
  • ½ a ripe banana, mashed
  • 120 ml oat or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
