I have Lupus and have been watching Dr Berg on YouTube who recommended taking supplements that could act as a decoy to what your cells are attacking. So I figured these and the Collagen powder would help for cartilage and connective tissue, which I've been taking for a few months. Dr Berg said to start with a small amount and that you would get tired at first and to take them in the evening, and it was true I was tired! I have just had a call from my doctor that my blood test results say my white blood cells have lowered and I need to do another to be sure, so I'm taking that as a good sign
