Lovely chocolate taste not sickly at all easy to mix I often put more water in for a longer drink good diet shake list 2 stone so far

Delicious
The chocolate shake is delicious, in fact it's my favourite product. It is thick and wholesome. Just a tip I add a 2-3 ice cubes into my shaker along with the water and powder, it makes it nice and cold, tastes even nicer!

Tasty shake
When I first tried the chocolate shake I wasn't sure about the taste i think i was so used to high suger drinks it was a shock to my taste buds. I stuck with it and I'm really glad I did because now it's one of my favourites, it tastes like a very nice thick chocolate milkshake and definitely curbs any craving I have for the real thing.

Optifast Chocolate Shake
Excellent shake. I particularly liked the fact it wasn't too sweet. It was also thickish so I could eat it with a spoon rather like a yoghurt. I like the fact the nutrition and calorie amount of it is all planned out for me which says a huge amount of time and effort plus it is quite filling to satiate hunger. Certainly will keep ordering it
