I now add it to my Garden of Life Raw Organic Meal (Vanilla - already yum on its own) shake, made with almond, oat or coconut milk, every morning for a quick, delicious, vegan, nutritious and filling breakfast to start the day, every day. It makes me feel so great, as together, I know I am giving my whole body, especially my ageing skin, hair and nails, a massive boost of nutrients that also help me look, I am told, way younger than my 59 years of age!

Very pleased with purchase so far. Hadn’t tried Garden of life products before but will definitely be ordering more. The taste is a lovely strawberry flavour which adds great flavour to water and also hot milk / coconut milk (like a strawberry milkshake).  Not noticed any changes to my skin yet but only been using for a couple of weeks. Will continue and try a different flavour too.
