This is great to have with your coffee and even in a mug of hot chocolate. I’ve noticed an improvement in my skin and joints since using this, my skin is plumper, my nails are stronger and my joints don’t hurt anymore.  I would recommend this regardless of your age, it’s a great addition to your daily routine

I've been using vital proteins creamer since October 2022, I honestly can not start the day without it. Call it a coincidence but since using it my thyroxine has dropped by 75mgs, my fine lines around my eyes have gone, my skin is glowing and my hair is growing like a weed. It has help3d sort my hip pain, I had been referred to a consultant.I love the flavour, needs a good mix to stop it being lumpy mix it with hot water first then add the coffee.
