Klean-D (5,000 IU) vitamin D3 tablets are a dietary sports nutrition supplement by Klean Athlete, designed to provide targeted support for athletes who primarily train indoors or receive limited exposure to natural sunlight.

How to Use Klean-D?
It's recommended that adults take one Klean-D vitamin D3 tablet per day, with food. Try to get into the habit of taking your vitamin D tablet with breakfast to help kickstart your day.

Great product for supporting neutrophils
I have low neutrophil and white blood cell count. Vitamin D alongside zinc and vitamin c helps me not only support my baseline immune system but also muscle synthesis. This is a great product and I have also noticed an improvement to my mood.
