MINAMI® DHA+EPA Liquid Kids + Vitamin D3 features high concentrations of essential Omega-3 fatty acids as well as vitamin D3, supporting their healthy development, promoting normal growth and bone development.
- EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart (250mg/day).
- DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision (250mg/day).
- Vitamin D3 is sometimes described as the 'sunshine nutrient', contributing to the normal function of the immune system in children and is needed for normal growth and development of bone in children.
Daily dose for children: 1ml for 1-6 years, 2.5ml for 7 years and over.
Can be taken directly, or stirred into cold foods and drinks.

Too fishy
Product does what it says but the aroma of the liquid is just too fishy. Even pouring it carefully on the spoon enclosed the smell somehow lingers afterwards.

Best Omega for your child's developing brain
I have done a lot of research. I am very into neuroscience and neurobiology - you are told, as a parent - about the importance of DHA. You can get many DHA supplements but very few full spectrum Omega 3 with EPA also included. It is extremely important that children also get the EPA. BOTH EPA and DHA play a vital role in health, and overwhelmingly the research suggests that a balance of DHA and EPA is necessary for optimal development in children (remember, children have been found to be deficient in both!). EPA decrease inflammation, helps with asthma and many more. Also this Omega has certification of being pure and clean. I am giving it to my son since birth and he is now 2y old.

No awful taste, requires absolutely minimum for my 2 year old, so easy enough to disguise in her morning juice. Really happy with the concentration of EPA and DHA in this product.
