Providing 1500mg DHA, 1500mg EPA and 10mcg Vitamin D3 per serving, DHA+EPA Liquid + Vitamin D3 helps to support the healthy development of bone, muscle function and a healthy immune system.
- DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision. (250mg/day).
- When taken alongside a meal, its natural triglyceride form allows for higher absorption.
- Delicious taken on its own, stirred into cold food and drinks. Top tip - try it as a base for a salad dressing, you'll love it!
For adults, 5ml (1 teaspoon) per day, with food. Please consult your doctor if you are pregnant or taking medication before using this product.

Best shop
Best shop ever. I bought this product from everyhealth.com and I didn't get problem with stomach. Next time I bought same product but on eBay and I had pain in stomach.

High Quality
I purchased this liquid Omega 3 product as I am usually allergic to some of the capsule ingredients and I don't eat oily fish. The Minami liquid is in a high quality "TG" form (which apparently means it is more efficiently utilised by the body) and offers a large dose of EPA and DHA in each 5ml dose. Due to the large dose I usually to take it every other day which I think is sufficient. The product tastes ok (as these things go!) and can also be mixed with yoghurts etc. if you would rather take it that way. The reason for the 4 stars is that it is expensive, however it is often available on a special offer through Every Health.

Great product
This liquid contains double the amount of DHA that I was taking in capsule form. The benefits to vision and brainpower are noticeable. The fishy smell and aftertaste are a small price to pay for a great product. Thanks.
