Handy but bulky

Great idea. You do need to take 7 a day, and they are bulky. Great if you are travelling and don't fancy taking a tub of powder.

I received this product as a gift with my purchase of a different type of collagen and I really liked to try this. The label stated that I should take 7 capsules per day, which is a lot. I did not like the idea of taking such a large amount of capsule material each day, so I emptied the contents of all the capsules in a container and so that I can take a scoop in my coffee or tea each day. That works much better.

I've only started using it, but seems to be helping. Works best if you've already exceeded your protein dose for the day, so that the collagen can be used for skin and hair instead of the rest of the body.
