Life changing for IBS-D sufferers!

I’ve been taking these probiotics for around a week now and although it’s still early days all I can say is WOW. These have honestly been life changing for me. My IBS symptoms were causing me so much anxiety which was making them even worse, I felt like I couldn’t live my normal life without fear of having to rush to the loo. These have helped me to completely break the cycle - my movements have been almost always normal and regular, my anxiety has reduced massively and in general I just feel so much better. I have no idea why doctors do not mention these supplements, they are truly great and if you have stomach issues, I can’t stress how much you need to try them.
