Have bought two sets of family bundle which includes the Once Daily Mens's, once Daily Women's, and Kids probiotics, in hope of improving our general gut health and immunity. So far no adverse effect, but no obvious positive improvement either. Perhaps needs more time to see a difference? Hope it does what it says!

Absolutely love these, so good for yeast infections, I only stopped buying them because I started getting the raw version from here instead - they are not dairy free but somehow don’t upset my stomach despite being lactose intolerant ! Would recommend these to anyone dairy free, best range of strains I could find literally anywhere
