I like the fact that the gummy vitamins are easy to chew or mix into food. My child can digest them well and Omega 3 is absorbed quickly. I use these vitamins for my child's health.

**MorDHA for Children 3+ ** The Omega-3 tablets taste very good. The size is a bit difficult to swallow, but my three-year-old child was able to chew the tablet without any problems. Another positive aspect is that they don't have an unpleasant smell, which is not a given with Omega-3 supplements. **Results:** Since my child started taking Minami Omega 3, I've noticed some positive changes. Their overall well-being has improved, and their ability to concentrate also seems to have increased. I am very satisfied with the effects so far and look forward to seeing further results with continuous use. I can definitely recommend Minami Omega 3 and am excited to continue incorporating the capsules into my daily health routine.
