High quality

I hsve used snothet brand of omega 3 with my child but this one is clearly much better quality. It has had an impact on my childs health and i beleive his concentration and focus has improved since taking them

Softgels that boost brain functions

My child was looking forward to testing out these fish oil softgels to see if they would help him to concentrate better in school lessons. The softgels itself are quite long so it took my child a few days to get used to swallowing them but once mastered there were no issues, I like the fact that you can also open the softgel up and mix the contents with food. He has been amazed to how much more alert he feels in school and they have certainly helped with his concentration levels. My child likes the strawberry flavour on the softgels and cannot taste any of the fish oil itself which is a plus! He said that he feels the benefits wear out in the afternoon (he's been taking one at breakfast and one at dinner time), it maybe worth taking the second softgel a bit earlier than he has. My child wants to continue to take them so I would highly recommend this item. I would say that the softgels definitely help to boost brain functions and is ideal for people who don't often eat oily fish.

Pills are easy to swallow, my kid really liked the strawberry flavour. Can't say if its works now but my kid will be keeping taking them for another 30 days.

Good but needs more options

This is a fantastic product. My sons concentration definately improved as did his muscle stiffness after football training. The only downside is that they have to be cut up and put in food or drink. Even at 9 years old my son wouldn't swallow it whole. There are a lot of omega products on the market that are chewable and I think this is a niche they need to look at. I would continue to buy them if the price was right but again when you can buy multivit with this in, it makes them hard to justify buying ad a stand alone product especially when it isn't as child friendly

The tablets helped me to concentrate and feel more awake. They were very easy to swallow and had a mild orange taste. I would recommend to people whose children struggle to concentrate. I have asked my Mum to buy some more for me. Riley - aged 10.

Smart omega-3 for kids

First of all, I was pleasantly surprised with the composition of the capsules and their relatively small size. 2 soft gels contain more EPA and DHA than most similar adult products on the market and are half their size. I gave them to my 9-year-old daughter and 12-year-old son. My son was fine with the capsules but my daughter found it difficult to swallow them. So, it may depend on the child if they can take the capsules.
