Love the smell of the capsules.

I like the smell of them better than some other vitamins as when you open my cupboard Some have a punjent smell. The squidy capsules are easy to swallow aswell. I have already reccomended to my mum and my aunt.

Easy to swallow and high in omega 3

I really liked MINAMI MorEPA, I struggle to get enough omega 3 into my diet but with these easy to swallow softgels it was easy. They have smell and a mild orange flavour but best of all no aftertaste. I found it easy to take one in the morning with breakfast and then not worry for the rest of the day. I have taken several other omega capsules and softgels but these are by far the best and have the highest level of omega 3 of them all.

Easy to swallow, good for concentration

I found these capsules really easy to swallow because even though they are slightly large, they are very soft and flexible. It was easy to remember to take one a day, as they are recommended to be taken with food, so I took one with my daily evening meal. I have felt better able to concentrate and undertake one task at a time in a calmer manner, even under these times of stress. I would recommend them as a useful way to take care of yourself.

Just what I was looking for.

I started taking these 4 months after I had my baby, I wasn't breastfeeding but my hair had started to fall out. So I knew I needed something to help with that. These vitamins were great and after a week of taking them the hair loss has reduced and my skin looks great.

They worked for me

I'm pleased to say I think these work,well they did for me.i definitely felt my joints were more flexible and less creamy,as I'm at a certain age that these are very beneficial.i didn't change anything so I could give them an honest review and I did feel my joints were better and less painful,also my general health was better.not a miracle but definitely better with them so I will keep using.thankyou

Peace of mind

As someone who doesn't like fish, I try to add omega to my diet by supplements. These have "market-leading purity" and a high concentration which gives me peace of mind that I'm taking the best. As a hater of fish, it's so important that the omega oil doesn't repeat on me when the capsule bursts - I've had this with just about all capsules, but finally, I found one that doesn't! Perfect! The capsule is large, but you only need 1 a day.

Super supplement

Easy to take, no horrible after taste and no horrible fishy smell. After just 30 days not really noticed much difference in myself, but my hair seems less lank and my nails seem stronger. Not sure if they're helping with those. Would definitely recommend
