Great rehydration drink
5These rehydration tablets make up 475ml of fluid, which is the most cost effective of the brand. Taste ok too.

The best rehydration tablets...in our opinion
5The sport hydration Nuun are the best value in our opinion. 1 Tablet gives you a 475ml drink. Many of the other types give you a far smaller drink. We also prefer the Tropical Fruit flavour.

Best sports hydration
5I hate overly sweet sports hydration tablets, gels and drinks and NUUN tablets are light in sweetness so you don’t feel you’re dehydrating yourself with sugar. I have noticed significant results in my performance when drinking 1 dissolved NUUN tablet in a pint of water before a long bike ride. My favourite flavour is tropical. A refreshing hydration drink that is not too sweet like a lot of others on the market - just the right amount of sweetness
