3After trialling this product, I have found that it has not made any difference to my immunity or improved my gut health. As a first time user of this brand, the instructions suggest to take one a day and build up tolerance over time. After a week of taking then I increased the amount to 2 times a day, thinking that I would noticed a difference in my gut health and immunity. However I just felt the same, no better but no worse. One positive of taking these gummies is that they taste true to their flavour and are easy to use. However, with the bottle only containing 60 gummies and having to take multiple a day, the pack size is not large enough for a month's usage and would be expensive to purchase over time. Therefore I would not recommend this product and unfortunately would not purchase again.

Great value for money
5I was a bit hesitant to taste these Gummies as I thought they would be very chemically but I was so wrong. These Gummies are delicious, I have to stop myself from eating more than one at a time. I have also seen an improvements in my daily movements which is amazing. Will definitely be purchasing more. Highly recommend.

No after taste gummies
5These gummies come in a very appealing looking bottle, which makes you want to dive right in. The taste is light hint of peach, and they're chewy but not overly sticky. There was no after taste either, which is great. However, for me they are a little "moreish" and I have stop myself from having more than the recommended daily dose. Best of all they're gluten free, lactose free and vegetarian. As for the health benefits; although a little soon to tell, I found that the stomach issues are slightly eased. Let's see what a full month's course will do.

A sweet with benefits
5The orange flavour Optifibre gummies taste so good that I feel like eating them all the time! Love the orange taste, which isn't overwhelming. Not too sticky either. Seem to have had a slight result in stomach issues but I think it requires a longer consumption period to actually achieve good results, as with most health products. The fact that they are gluten and lactose free goes a long way in cutting down sensitivities in the gut. Easy to take.

Definite improvement in gut health
4I enjoyed the fresh taste of these chewy gummies. I like the alternative to a chalky tablet. After using for a couple of weeks I’ve definitely felt more energy and a definite improvement in my digestive system. I would be happy to recommend to others and buy again.

Didn't notice a difference
2The gummies themselves aren’t too bad to eat; quite firm with a fairly mild orange flavour. They were Les’s ‘sweets’ like than I was expecting when being described as a gummy. Vegan which is a great big plus! If you have the maximum recommended 6 gummies a day the tub will only last ten days (which would make it quite expensive!). Haven’t had any noticeable effects good or bad, which is slightly disappointing. No changes in bowel habits, consistency, frequency or gas. Have been taking 4 a day which I thought was a good compromise between the minimum of 2 and max of 6 recommended.

Tasty Way to increase your fibre intake
5A really tasty and enjoyable way to increase my fibre intake. The orange flavour has a intense taste and a strong but pleasant aftertaste also. The gummies are easy to consume and don't stick to your teeth at all. This product has certainly improved my bowel movement and with Vitamin D3 included, I am also getting additional immune support.

Nice flavour and easy addition to your day
4Not being a big fan of gummies, I was pleasantly surprised that the flavour was not overpowering, but rather, natural and subtle. The texture of the gummies is also on the firm side without being too sticky. So all in all, I did not mind taking two after my meals. It took just over a week to show its effects for me, but I was glad to see that I felt less bloated with my bathroom routine becoming more regular overall. The claim on immune system is more difficult to fathom, though I'd been to the airport a handful of times and did not quite succumb to a cold yet! I do find this to be on the pricier side of things when it comes to other food supplements, especially when I need to take 4 a day, meaning a bottle equates to 15 days only.

Really work and yummy
5I am so impressed with these Nestle OptiFibre Gummies. I have found that between 4 and 6 a day for me really work. They also strengthen the immune system as they contain vitamin D3. They taste great and definitely orangy. I would imagine these would be amazing for children as they would have fibre if the diet was bad. Top marks for a brilliant way of getting more fibre in your diet even as an adult as we all love to eat rubbish. These didnt bloat me at all and made me much more regular which has been a huge problem for me for years. Definatly the best i have ever tried and i have tried so many !

Orange fibre gummies
4I have already review the peach flavour so my review will be pretty much the same as the only difference is the flavour. The Optifibre Orange fibre gummies come in an simple clear bottle so you can see what's left. They are easy to chew as I know some can be hard, The flavour is pleasant and doesn't have a horrible aftertaste which is good. There are 60 gummies in a bottle. Considering that you take 2 chewies up to 3 times a day this bottle will not last long, you start on 1 and increase to your desired daily intake. A larger bottle size would be better for long term use. The flavour is natural and the bottle has a childproof top that you have to press and twist to open. It also contains Vitamin D to help with the immunity.
