5These are amazing. They’re super easy to take (just a sweet little gummie!) and really pack a punch. It’s a great way to get a bit more fiber in your diet. I feel a bit difference, my gut health has been better than normal which is great. I started taking one a day, but will go up to two a day! Â

Convenient source of fibre
5tried OptiFibre Gummies in the Peach flavour, and I must say it was a delightful experience. These gummies are not only tasty but also incredibly effective. I’ve never been a fan of traditional fibre supplements, but OptiFibre Gummies changed my perception. They are convenient, and the peach flavour is a real treat. Noticeable results
5These taste lovely , just like sweets to be honest. They are soft and aren't artificial tasting like some. I've also noticed from day 1 the effects on my bowels , definite and noticeable laxative effect, even on just 2 a day. I'd definitely recommend to people, great product

5This is the first time I have taken a supplement in gummy form and I’m really impressed, I actually look forward to taking them which is something I never would have said about other vitamins! The orange flavour is lovely and I think the gummy’s are a nice consistency, other reviews I read mentioned them being on the hard side but I wouldn’t agree, similar to a jelly baby or jelly sweet. In terms of benefits it’s hard to say for definite but I do feel that my IBS symptoms have calmed down these last few weeks, which could be attributed to these gummy’s perhaps?Â

A real boost
5These gummies are for people from 4 years old. Their are a food supplement to boost the inmune system. I have been nearly a week having them daily and I really can feel the difference as lately every day ended up very tired and now I don't feel that fatigue at the same level anymore. The taste is orange flavour and it feels quite real. They are also a good experience as there is no presence of sugar, it is gluten free, lactose free and vegetarian, so it is available to the most of the population.

Yummy way to get more fiber
5I've been using Optifibre powder for a while, and I think it's great, but the gummies seemed like an interesting option. The gummies are delicious, and indulging in gummies almost feels a bit naughty throughout the day. Having used them for almost two weeks, I can certainly notice a difference, and I will definitely continue using them as they've made it easier for me to have up my fibre intake.

Taste great and easy to consume.
4Had tried it for a week and I love the texture and flavour of the gummies. It is small to eat and taste great. The aftertaste is quite strong, but it kept my mouth smell sweet. The gummies does not stick to my teeth while chewing it. I do find that after taking it for two days, my gut have improved. I only take 2 gummies a day. According to the manufacture, you can take up to six gummies. My bowel movement is more solid. Also this come with vitamin D3 for immune support. It is quite pricy, but it is worth getting.

Great tasting and effective
5I found these gummies easy to take and great tasting. The orange flavour was my favourite. It’s a nice bottle design and easy to open. They are soft and chewy and easy to swallow. They certainly are helping to up my fibre intake and my bowel habits have improved since starting taking these every day. Â

Yummy
4I have to admit I wasn’t expecting these to taste great but they are really like eating a gummy treat! They have a lovely orange flavour and the right level of sweetness. My bowels have definitely been more regular since taking them but wouldn’t say I notice a huge difference Â
