Great fibre top-up when required

I have been taking these OptiFibre Fibre Gummies for the past 2 weeks, in conjunction with the peach flavour variant. This was due to temperamental stomach issues. I have definitely noticed a change for the better, feeling fuller during the day and with the subsequent trips to the bathroom being more regular. A bit of bloating to begin with, which subsided, along with some gas. These have an inoffensive orange flavour and easy to take and chew. Be mindful that these do also have vitamin D3 added, so exercise caution if you are already taking high strength D3.

Impressive Fibre Gummies

Having tried the Nestle OptiFibre Fibre Gummies - Orange with Vitamin D3 for immune support gummies for nearly 3 weeks I must say how impressed I am with this product.. The gummies are so easy and convenient to take and they taste great too! The flavour is delicious which helps makes it so easy to consume and digest by simply chewing. Overall I will be purchasing these products again and I would certainly recommend these to friends and family especially as it is such an easy and convenient way to supplement your daily intake of fibre an the added benefit of helping improve your immune system.

Perfect!

I need fibre as often struggle so these were ideal to try, I took two on day one and within a few hours worked !, was amazed, fast and natural as some irritate my stomach, so being gluten and lactose free is ideal, they taste amazing too like sweets, so what's not to love efficient and great tasting recommend highly, the added vitamin D3 is also a bonus as we all need this too brilliant!

Firm orange gummies

These gummies are firm (much firmer than normal gummies) and also I'm not a great fan of the orange taste. However they are still acceptable to me. Also if you tried to bite/chew them, they are sticky and tend to stick to your teeth much longer compared to normal gummies too. So far I haven't really noticed any differences yet, but will carry on with them for now and see!

Does the job!

Firstly, these are yummy and just like eating sweets! They definitely do the job, I've noticed firmer stools and although I've just been taking one a day, this might even be too much for me as I've found that I'm less regular and even slightly constipated. So definitely experiment with getting the right dosage, I'll definitely keep them on standby for times of need as they seem to work quickly!

Firm Gummies - Nice Flavour

I have been taking these gummies for around three weeks and am sadly yet to see any difference. Had been hoping they would improve my digestive system. I am not sure about the texture as they are firmer than most other gummies. I have got used to the firmness as time has gone by and actually prefer the firmer texture. I am really enjoying the Orange flavour as have found it refreshing first thing. Overall I would probably not use them again as I had been expecting a big difference in my bowel movements.   Read less

The flavour is nice but I don't really understand the point of these gummies honestly. It's suppose to help you get more fibre I get it but I honestly haven't noticed any different.

Orange gummies

The gummies are pleasant to eat as they basically taste like an orange sweet. The packet says to take up to 3 portions of 2 sweets a day but to start gradually. I started with one portion and have gradually moved up to three portions a day. I can say I feel no different than before I was taking them. Yes they do contain vitamin D, which should be good given the twindling daylight. However, for the price it is far cheaper to just have a vitamin D supplement at a much lower cost.

Great Gummies

I really like the flavour of these gummies. They have a good texture and melt/chew nicely on consuming them. I have not noticed a major difference to my gut on taking these but this is an extremely easy and manageable way of adding extra fibre into your diet to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
