Super convenient
4These are really easy to take, I just chew a couple every morning, super convenient, at first the taste and texture is a little unusual but after a few days I decided I liked it. It’s a great way to get more fibre, and they are vegan which is also excellent. I’m unsure if they’ve made a mass of difference to my daily habits, however my stomach does feel more settled (unsure if this is related to them or not). Overall I’d recommend, as they’re super easy to take, and it’s always good to get some extra fibre in.

5I'm really enjoying taking these supplements. They have a lovely flavour and the consistency is very good. It really doesn't feel like you're taking a supplement.

5Tastes good, they could easily pass as 'normal' sweets. There soft and easy to chew. I think there helping my tummy a little bit.

Yummy
4I am enjoying trying these yummy supplements and they seem to be doing the job. It’s nice to have a chewable dose as it feels like a little treat in the morning. My only complaint is that if you take multiple a day they won’t last long and I personally prefer the peach flavour but this is a minor issue

Delicious Gummies, But Limited Early Results
3OptiFibre's Natural Orange Flavoured High Fibre Gummies are a delightful treat. The gummies taste great and are a convenient source of dietary fibre with 3 grams in a two-gummy serving. They're vegetarian-friendly and gluten and lactose-free, plus they offer immune support with Vitamin D3. However, despite the appealing taste, I didn't notice significant results within my first week. While they're a tasty way to supplement daily fibre intake, their effectiveness may vary from person to person. Â

Good Source of Fibre
5I am loving taking these supplements and have noticed the health benefits. The orange flavour is nice not overly sweet and texture is perfect not too hard or soft to chew. I don’t take enough fibre in my diet naturally so these are great for me. I like that they are in gummy form not liquid so super easy to store and carry around when on the go. The ingredients are all natural in them which makes me feel assured that I’m consuming a healthier option. For this time of year these gummies are ideal especially when your immune system needs a boost.

5These gunmmies taste amazing and seem to be working well. I honestly feel less bloated and more lively since taking them. I’ve been taking 2 gummies 3 times a day and cannot praise them enough. Will definitely be buying more!

No results noticed thus far but they taste nice
4I have been taking these for about a week now, after being diagnosed with chronic IBS. I was advised to up my fibre intake in the hope it would hopefully reduce my stomach pains. Unfortuneately the pains have not stopped yet but this could just be that I have not been taking them for long enough. I will continue to take them and hope they start to work soon. I am just thankful that they taste like jelly sweets. These have the added benefit of vitamin D3 which is always a bonus especially when you reach my age and your bones start to crumble. My only concern is that if you take the maximum dosage of 6 a day is that they work out really expensive as a bottle will then only last you 10 days.

Healthy Gummies
5It’s the first time for me trying Nestle brand supplements, I love supplements in this gummie form. The package came well sealed , The taste of the orange it’s 5/5. The texture is a bit chewy but not really hard, I can’t comment on the benefits yet as I didn’t take them long enough. I like that it has vitamin D and fibre together, I got the peach flavour as well but orange flavour is my favourite.

Tasty and helps to keep you regular
5I've enjoyed taking the OptiFibre gummies. I feel like they have helped to keep my movements regular and the fact that they taste nice and provide Vitamin D3 which we're all lacking especially as we head into Winter is really helpful and convenient. I would recommend this to those looking to help improve their gut flora as well as improve their immune system.
