Handy Way Too Up Your Fibre

After I managed to get the top off (child proof) I started on one a day for a few days and then upped to one of these and one of the peach gummies a day, this seems right for me. The flavour is ok, and they are pleasant to enough to take., a great straightforward way to get your fibre intake up. One thing I have noticed is that my stomach isn't as bloated. The added vitamin D is a bonus too as I tend to hibernate a bit when it gets to this time of year.

Boost my immunity

I Really pleased with these, delicious flavour almost like orange, and bought as I’ve come down with a few illnesses lately for the flu season and want to boost immunity. Too soon to tell if they’re helping in that regard because it arrived super fast. But I think it’s good for my whole family.

These gummies are hands down the most delicious I've ever tried! The chew is prefect not too hard or soft and the flavour is bursting with sweet ripe orange I wake up each morning looking forward to having my gummies. So far 1 week in and already feel the benefits

The flavour is nice but I don't really understand the point of these gummies honestly. It's suppose to help you get more fibre I get it but I honestly haven't noticed any different.

Great taste and effective

These gummies are really easy to use as you can chew them whenever suits in the day. I love the orange flavour. So far I have noticed a difference in my bowel movements and have become allot more regular in using the toilet which is brilliant. The fibre contained in these gummies is very beneficial. It’s great that children are also able to use. I would highly recommend.

Great product

have been taking 2 a day for over a week now and at the moment have found that I’m not as bloated. The taste is good and it’s no bother trying to chew the two gums with it being tasty and having a pleasant texture.

Delicious and effective

I wasn’t expecting much from these when I ordered. I opened the pack once they arrived and was really pleased with the peach smell. . The texture was a little harder when chewing than I was expecting. They were more springy and there a pleasant flavour. I found that within two days of taking these, my bowel movements were less frequent and more formed, which was great after a rough couple of weeks. I would definitely recommend in order to help with a well formed stool.

Fibre intake per day checked

Love how easy it is to get my fiber intake and healthier gut with this tasty little gummy, the flavor is nice, considered a little treat even per day, great this is free of gelatine, vegan, and no sweetener as well, been using it a week so maybe hard to tell for the immediate result, but I am not as bloating as normally, so would consider the supplement helps here. From a convenience standpoint, this is amazing for making sure you are reaching the minimum and the added Vit D3 is brilliant plus having this daily.

easy to take

I have started to take 2 of these gummies daily you can take upto 6 daily, they are nice and soft like a gummy sweet not been using for long enough to notice a difference but good to know I am getting extra vitamins

Nice tasting, just not many of them!

These gummies taste really nice, and seem to be helping increase my fibre. However, I had assumed the pack of 60 would last for a couple of months, but the dosage is up to 6 gummies per day for an adult, so they don't last very long at all.
