Fibre Fun
5This product is a fun way to add fibres to your diet. This is helpful especially for children (more than 4 years) or those who lead a busy life and has less time to cook. The use of gummies is excellent as they are easy to take and typically have a pleasant taste. The orange flavour adds a tasty element, making it more enjoyable. On a side note, beet fiber is a good source of dietary fiber, and it can help support digestive health by promoting regular bowel movements. Although I do not have very serious gut issue, I am consistently going to the washroom daily for bigger business with these gummies.

Great so far!
5I don’t each enough fibre naturally in my diet and have tired of nasty tasting thick fibre drinks - so finding these gummies has been great. They are great tasting and easy to consume - like a sweet really. Easy to fit into my day and have great benefits too, highly recommended.

Taste Great
4I haev been taking these for about a week now, after being diagnosed with chronic IBS. I was advised to up my fibre intake and told probiotics etc would hopefully reduce my stomach pains. Unfortuneately the pains have not stopped yet but this could just be that I have not been taking them for long enough. I will continue to take them and hope they start to work soon. I am just thankful that they taste like jelly sweets.

Lovely zesty goodness!
5LOVE these! I'm always on the look out for things to keep my family healthy but have never come across anything similar before. None of the nasties or allergens but all the good fibre in easy to manage portions. Critically, if I'm to get my kids on board, they taste great! The gummies are just like jelly sweets with a lovely zesty orange flavour which leaves a pleasant after taste. The family don't feel like they're taking supplements and it's not a chore. Infact I have to remind everyone that they are only allowed two at a time! I really appreciate the extra immune system boosting vitamin hit , especially at this time of year with all the bugs everywhere! Highly recommended!

Tiny, tasty fibre hit
5As with most people, I struggle to get the fibre I need into my diet. For several years I have been drinking Psyllium Husk in water, but it is an unpleasant experience both in taste and texture. This is why I was excited to try Optifibre. There were two flavours which both sounded tasty, and the fact they were gummies meant that they were easy to eat. Further investigation into the two products showed me that they each provided something a little extra than just the fibre I needed. The Orange flavour also contains Vitamin D3 for immune support, while the Peach variety aids gut heath and flora. I bought both but decided to try the peach first. I love using this product as easy little gummy is so easy to take, is naturally sweet and tasty and I know it is doing me good. The only downside for me personally is the price, but if Optifibre continues to give me this level of wellbeing in such an easy way, I think they will be worth every penny. Â

Seems good so far
4It’s the first time for me trying this brand, I love supplements in this gummie form. The package came well sealed , I needed scissors to open it so it’s well secured. The taste of the orange it’s 5/5. The texture is a bit chewy but not really hard, I can’t comment on the benefits yet as I didn’t take them long enough. I like that it has vitamin D and fibre together, I got the other taste but this is my favouriteÂ
