Great tasting gummies

Great Health Benefits
5I have really enjoyed trying these gummies and have seen a benefit from their use. It did take a few days but I have been feeling better within myself since. The gummies are full of flavour and easy to chew. It's reassuring that they're gluten and lactose free as well. I like how they also contain vitamin D so there's more than one benefit to them too.

Optifibre gummies
4Optifibre gummies is great source of fiber with added vitamin D which is great, they taste very good that I actually wanted to take more than recommended dose. After some time using them I feel like my digestion is improved, only downside is I get occasional pain just before my bowels open. Flavour is very nice and doesn’t leave bad aftertaste

Great product - highly recommended
5I suffer from irregular bowel movements and frequent constipation due to an underactive thyroid, despite having a good amount of fibre in my diet. I have tried Fructooligosaccharides in the past, but this has been in a powder that you have to add to a drink. I found it just too much hassle and I would forget to take it. I wasn't expecting dramatic or significant results from these gummies to be honest. But - what a revelation! These gummies have been amazing - they have regulated my bowel movements - now much easier and more regular, no bouts of constipation. I found that I only need one or two gummies per day to keep me regular. They taste great as well. They are going to be a regular purchase from now on - highly recommended!

So Far, So Good...
4Currently I'm taking two of the orange-flavoured Optifibre Gummies a day. I find they have a mild, pleasant taste, and aren't too strong as some orange-flavoured products tend to be. It's difficult to say whether there has been any improvement in my IBS symptoms, but as it's been a chaotic few weeks due to a family medical emergency, these little gummies may have helped to keep my system a bit more settled than it might have been. I shall continue to take the orange ones as I definitely need the Vitamin D, and will probably take four a day to see if that's more beneficial, i.e. two orange ones in the morning, and two peach ones in the afternoon. I'm looking forward to seeing how the peach gummies taste, and whether there will be a noticeable difference after having taken this product over a longer period of time.

Easy to Take
4thought these were great. I loved the natural orange flavour and these were easy to chew. They have really helped wirh my constipation and I don’t feel bloated like I used to all the time

Great taste and good benefits
4Great tasting gummies, love the flavor it takes care of my sweet cravings in a very healthy way. The gummies if taken regularly do show postive results in good time. Added benefit as it contains Vitamin D3. I think the overaĺl impression of the product is good with the size, flavor and results. I would surely recommend it and continue to have it.

Subtle flavour, easy to use.
5The orange flavour are my favourite. Taste is just like having a little sweet. Even my children ask if they can have one. Really impressed and will definitely buy again. Much easier to take than similar fibre products. Has not left me bloated or cramps. States you can take up to 6 a day but I've only needed 2 a day to see improvement. Â

5These gummies are really handy and easy to take. The flavours nice and they don't taste to sweet. Such an easy was toget abit more fibreinside you. They come in large packs so last a while.
