Orange burst
5These are really good in comparison to so many other products in the market. I have them twice a day and i can feel my energy has boosted on having these on a regular basis. They're not very sticky or sugary since they're sugar free and helps with keeping teeth in a non sticky condition. Overall i will continue to use them since their benefits outweigh anything else Â

Lovely taste and fits in easily in daily routine
4I really enjoy taking these every morning and alternating between the orange and peach flavours - just to mix things up a little. Both flavours are really tasty and I really like that the orange flavour has the added vitamin D which I am currently deficient in. These are a huge improvement on the powder form of fibre I’ve tried in the past and I will definitely continue to purchase these gummies in both flavours, especially if it replaces my need for additional vitamin D supplements! Â

Tasty
4I always struggle with getting enough fibre when away from home (staying at hotels etc.) as it's very easy to slide into eating more processed foods like delicious hotel breakfasts with egg and bacon and all that good stuff. I've been using these for the last few weeks to top up when I don't think I've had enough and it definitely seems to do the trick. They're also tasty which is a nice bonus. Â

Makes some difference and tastes nice
4At first I wasn’t sure if it was working as I didn’t notice much of a difference but then I stopped for a couple of days and my symptoms flared up a bit so I have to assume they are working. Overall I think it’s something you can achieve by eating healthier but I have to say, the convenience of just chewing a few gummies a day does help. The gummies taste quite nice as well. So if you have tummy troubles, definitely give these a try but do give them some time to work. Â

Works well
5I love these orange gummies as they are very tasty.It is lovely to find a good working product which also tastes nice and leaves a nice aftertaste.They are so easy to take - I find that two a day are enough to keep my digestive system ticking over.Also gluten free and have vitamin D added to help my immunity.

no changes observed
3Whilst I wasn't expecting a significant change in the way i felt by taking these supplements, I can safely say I have observed no change in anything in my body. I have been taking the dose suggested for two weeks but my health feels no different to before I started taking them. Probably I already get enough fibre in my diet, so maybe this is the reason, and so the testimonials raving about the product might indeed be real. However for me there is nothing observed. They are pleasant tasting and I have noticed nothing untoward in my health either, and so possibly worth a shot if you think you need more fibre in your diet, but I wouldn't personally hold my breath that everyone will feel a positive effect.

Great taste and an easy way to get more fibre
5The orange flavour I have been using for a few weeks now taste great and they are easy to take making a quick way to get more fibre into diet. I do seem to be starting to see some benefit from using Optifibre and hope continued use I will benefit even more. I have a diet that is all over the place sometimes good sometimes bad depending on work and overtime shifts so these are a great way to ensure getting the fibre I need and help improve my gut system.

Added fibre for a busy mum!
4As a busy mum of young children I often don't care of my own eating habits in perhaps the way I should. It was great having these gummies knowing I was taking care of my fibre intake. Not only that the orange flavour also contain daily dose of vitamin D3 which nearly every person in the UK is deficient in thanks to our lovely weather! I found at the beginning I was perhaps struggling with a little more bloating and expected side effects of that bloating! However, further in to taking them I found I was becoming more regular and not experiencing the bloating anymore. Overall I would recommend them. Â

Good Taste, not too strong
4I've been using OptiFibre Gummies for the past three weeks and I’ve been impressed so far with these. I often struggled with IBS, and since incorporating OptiFibre Gummies into my daily routine, I've experienced a not significant improvement. The gummies are really easily to chew and the mild orange flavour is just right, neither too strong nor overpowering. I find taking these three times a day a bit much so I settled into a routine of have them twice a day which suits me fine.

Delicious and improved my immunity
5I found these delicious gummies to be a fun start to the day. Aswell as being tasty, sweet and conveniently sized, I found a definite improvement in my immune system and digestive system. I found many people around me had poor immunity, yet I had nothing more than a sniffle, and this was the only supplement I was taking. I particularly love that these are vegetarian, as a lot of gummies contain gelatine. I would definitely recommend to others!Â
