easy to take
4I have started to take 2 of these gummies daily you can take upto 6 daily, they are nice and soft like a gummy sweet, been taking for around a month and they have helped me go to the toilet more regular and have helped eased the constipation feeling in my stomach

Tasty
4I've only been taking one a day as I eat a lot of fruit but I haven't really noticed any difference so far. I don't think I really need them but they taste nice so I like eating them. I like that they contain Vitamin D as I was low in it when I was tested.

You wouldn't know they are a supplement!
5I’ve been taking these a few times a day for a couple of weeks now. I haven’t noticed any changes from a health point of view. They taste delicious, are quite soft and not too gummy. You could easily mistake them for sweets as the flavour is nice and you can’t tell they are full of fibre. If you need fibre supplements I’d recommend these as a good place to start!

4I have been looking at ways to increase my dietary fibre intake and these gummies are ideal. They have a pleasant taste and texture. Very convenient to take in gummy form. I have been taking them for three weeks now and am feeling the benefit. They also have the added benefit of supplementing my Vitamin D3 intake.

Tasty and good quality gummies
4Been using these Optifibre gummies for about a month now and been really pleased with the results. They are easy to take and you get a plentiful supply in a bottle. They taste great(in fact they taste too good and you have to stop yourself from chewing on more than the required amount.) They also definitely help with your gut - I have not had any bloating or uncomfortable moments after meals which I sometimes used to get and with the added vitamin D I know moy Immune system is getting extra support. All in all, really pleased with them and will carry on using them.
