Very convenient and excellent product
5I suffer from mild IBS and have been told many times by my doctor that increasing my fibre intake could help alleviate some of my symptoms. Since taking OptiFibre Gummies I’m finding I am a lot more regular than I usually. It takes away the need to worry about what I’m gonna eat to get the extra fibre into my diet. Â

Chewy vitamins
4These are really easy to chew and not too sweet like some other vitamins like this, it is great knowing that these little chews can make my health better without much effort at all.

Delicious and Nutritious
3The first thing to say about these gummies is that they are delicious - quite soft, with a nice orange flavour. It really makes taking them more enjoyable. When it comes to how well they work I had mixed results - I found them to be a little less effective than I had hoped, but still better than not having any additional fibre. I did find them a little more convenient to take because you don't need to drink a glass of water with them, but as I normally take other supplements at the same time this wasn't a huge selling point for me. My main concern is the cost - at the recommended dose of 3 x 2 gummies a day, the whole tub will be gone in just 10 days. As it is, I would have a hard time recommending these unless the price was low enough.

Tasty
3The peach flavour gummies tasted lovely. So nice in fact, that they tasted like sweet and I’m sure they would appeal to children. I looked forward to having them every day and was disappointed when the jar was finished. I liked the fact that these gummies were gluten and lactose free as I am trying to minimise these from my diet now. I started with one gummy on day one and worked my way up to six a day. Despite them tasting juicy and having a nice texture, I'm afraid I did not experience any benefit in terms of my gut health. In fact, if anything, they had the opposite effect, and I became a little constipated and very gassy. I was drinking plenty of water as I am aware that this is important when taking fibre, but it made no difference. My diet had not changed in terms of what else I was eating so I do think it was the gummies that caused this. These gummies work out quite expensive if six of them are needed per day. I would still recommend them to others to try as they tasted so nice, but I would hope they would have more luck than I did feel a benefit with fewer gummies.

Ups Fibre Intake with No effort at all
4It's an easy way to add in fibre to my diet. It took me two days to get in to the habit of having a couple of 'gummies' just after a meal. They are a perfect size, texturally very like gummy sweets and the taste is what I'd expect from orange-flavoured gummies. If anything these were better tasting than I expected from previous experience (not with this product or brand). It was evident four days in that I was consuming more fibre, when it came to bowel movements. There was an initial embedding period - where I felt my body was getting used to the increased fibre, but it was expected. With the orange gummies the added Vitamin D was a bonus although I suspect that I'd need a higher dose.

Great flavour
5These have to be My favourite food supplements. I find these gummies so tasty. They have managed to become my everyday treat. Apart from the taste and look, I have definitely seen an increase in energy and the quality of my skin and of my sleep. It’s very easy to remember to take them everyday as they don’t taste like normal tablets.

Refreshing supplement for the whole family
5This is a lovely flavoured gummy and has a great texture. I am enjoying taking them and I am definitely noticing the benefits. I love the fact these gummies are suitable for my whole family too. We can all stay gut healthy together

Great boost
4I'm really enjoying testing the Optifibre gummies, especially since I struggle with my vitamin D levels. This is an extra bonus, as well as the added fiber I'm getting in my diet. The gummies are really easy and convenient to take daily. They're soft and chewy, with a delicious taste of orange. It's like eating gummy candy! They are a great food supplement that boosts the immune system. They're also gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegetarian. I love the fact that they are great for the all family, including my children, as they are suitable for anyone from 4 years old!

You'll forget they're healthy!
5I was really surprised by these when I tried them, I expect all "healthy" things to taste god awful and that's the price you pay for them being healthy. These are soft and delicious gummies. They do seem to *ahem* work within about 30 mins of having two, the only problem is forgetting they're full of fibre and having them as a sweet treat!
