Good taste
3These gummies taste really good and are easy to eat, although they do stick to your teeth a bit if you chew them. They have vitamin support and I haven’t had a cold while taking them so maybe that works. I’m not sure they’re helping digestion much though. I feel like they just give me a lot of gas

Tasty fibre gummies
4The gummies are very good and taste really good. I like jelly and anything gummy made so this is the perfect option, I could be taking all the supplements and vitamins in this form so definitely a bonus for me. I still will have to wait little longer for the results but I've noticed improvements in my gut but it might be due to healthier diet. I will continue taking them, would like to increase the intake but it's on little expensive side. Thank you.

Tasty Gummies
5I have been taking these gummies for 2 weeks now and have had a positive experience with them. Firstly, the orange flavour is very pleasant and tasty. So taking the gummies doesn't feel like a chore, whereas I find that swallowing pills can do. The texture is easy to chew and is very similar to a sweetie. I've found that 4 gummies a day work best for me and have improved my bowel movements. I also like that they are plant based and gluten free.

Reliable fibre supplement
4OptiFibre Gummies are a super easy and delicious way to incorporate fibre in your daily routine. I don't always have time for a healthy fibre rich meal and these gummies have helped make me more regular in terms of bowel movements. The difference these gummies made were definitely felt and I was initially skeptical, so I am truly impressed. I knocked off one star for the texture of the gummies themselves as they weren't really chewy but sticky.

A nice little booster!
5I have been using these gummies for a while now and I love them! The packaging is super nice, and the label has all the info needed for ingredients, dosage, and even recyling, which I really appreciate. The bottle is sturdy and the gummies are easily dispensed. It is easy to pop them in my bag and carry them with me anywhere, I find them super portable. I appreciate the fact that they are sugar free as well. They have a really nice flavour, it really does not feel like eating or taking vitamins. It is always a pleasure to take them and I find that they really help with my immune system as well as boosting up my fibre intake and allowing me to have a bigger digestive comfort. I believe that taking them for at least three months, as with all other usual supplements, will really transform my intestinal comfort.

Delicious gummies
3Orange flavour is lovely and does not taste overly sweet or fake. These are like little trays every day, something to look forward to. I haven't noticed much difference health wise though. Maybe I've not used them enough so will see how it goes. They're definitely a treat to look forward to each day though!

Great taste
4The orange flavour is quite pleasant, and the texture is good and doesn’t stick to your teeth, this makes taking these supplements enjoyable and I reach for them as a mid-morning sweet treat so also helps with me not snacking! I can’t say I’ve noticed any difference after a week of taking them but hopefully its helping with my fibre intake with no effort at all.

Great addition to your diet
5Being someone that always struggled with a fibre intake - these gummies are pretty much a life changer. I keep them on my work desk and enjoy as a treat rather than “supplements”. They are extremely tasty, easy to take and just help with your fibre intake. Most importantly, I’ve noticed an improvement in my digestion and regularity since incorporating them into my daily routine. Added vitamin D is great benefit!

They Actually Work!
4I was just trying to find a simple way of adding fibre to my daily diet and OptiFibre worked perfectly! I can definitely see the difference and the effect on my bowel movements. Having tried to Peach flavour, I thought I would give it a go for the orange flavour as well. Personally I like the peach flavour more as orange one felt too artificial but they still add fibre to my diet so I can't complain. I love the fact that its gluten free and lactose free so my partner can actually use it as well. I think I will be using these the rest of my life.

Not convinced
3I have been taking two of these soft gummies for several days now, yet cannot say I’ve noticed any difference. No adverse effects either, though possibly they give me a bit of flatulence, but I guess that could be from something else. They taste nice enough. I quite like the flavour of orange, and hope that by taking two a day, they are keeping things as they should be, gut wise, though I’m not convinced yet. At the price they are, I would want to see a definite improvement if I were to buy them again. Maybe after a few more days I will notice a difference.
