Vegetable Soup
I look forward to lunch when I make the soup with various spices, such as Piri piri, Chinese spice, smoked paprica_as I prefer a spicy taste as the basic soup is a little bland but is a perfect foundation I am confident that the soup is nutritious and healthy I have been following the two meals Oftifast and light meal pm and have felt well and more energetic with reduced swelling of my ankles.

Soup
The soup is much improved with shot Worcester sauce added after heating. Mini tomatoes are nice on the side. I found it very filling and never feel hungry.

I bought soup hoping for something warm and nice, but i could not bear the baby formula smell from the soup. Although my partner seemed to find it quite nice. Not my cuppa soup

Quite tasty with mixture of real vegetable
Easy to make.I mixed Optifast vegetable soup with several other real vegetable (any mix). And I blend them with hand held mixer. I find it ok but a bit bland on its own but much better with more real vegetable.Result:to be seen.

Great Taste
i really enjoyed the taste of the soup i have sometimes spiced it up with some chilli powder or cayenne pepper have most days now for lunch.
