Start with 1 dose (5g) per day. If necessary, depending on individual response, increase progressively 1 dose every 3 days.

Recommended Duration of Treatment
It's suggested to start using OptiFibre as soon as the discomfort starts. Depending on your individual sensibility, the first laxative effect may take 48 to 72 hours to appear. To balance your gut flora, it's recommended to have the treatment last for a minimum of 14 days.

I bought optifibre after reading reviews and I'm so glad I did. I have suffered for years with severe constipation and tried remedy after remedy to find something that would help. So when I first tried this I wasn't very optimistic. But I was wrong. Since I have been using this I have had been more regular than I have been in years. I take a spoonful in my morning coffee and if I feel I need extra, another one in a hot drink in the evening. It does not alter the taste or texture of the food or drink you choose to use it in. You just make sure you have stirred it in properly. It's definitely worth giving it a try, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Great product
This powder has made such a huge difference in my life. I know that sounds a bit dramatic but it's true. I had been suffering with constipation for years due to illness and medication and from the first couple of days from using this I have been going regularly. I put it in a coffee or tea every morning and it does not affect the taste or texture in any way at all. If you are contemplating trying this do not procrastinate any longer. Just buy it. You'll be glad you did!

Excellent product
This is a repeat purchase as I never want to be without this product again. I can truly say Optifibre has changed my life. I have had severe constipation due to medication I have to take for about 4 years. I had tried everything to help. Some didn't work at all, some gave me terrible tummy pain, and others had me running to the toilet constantly. There was no happy medium. Until now! Since the the first couple of days of using Optifibre I have been regular, without any tummy pain or running back and forwards to the toilet. It has also helped with the bloating I experienced previously. I can't believe something so simple and easy to take can make such a huge difference. I put a spoonful in my coffee every morning, stir it in well and you wouldn't even know it was there. It's fantastic. If you are undecided about purchasing this, just buy it. I can guarantee you won't be disappointed.
