Handy satchets
I already use the tubs of Optifibre and take a spoon every day which keeps me regular, after 4 years of suffering terrible constipation and bloating due to medication I need to take. Because of this I don't want to miss any days. Therefore I bought the satchets to take with me if I'm spending time away from home. This is an excellent product that really works wonders. Just a spoonful a day mixed in with tea or coffee is all you need. There is no taste to it so you wouldn't know it was there. I highly recommend it if your having issues with constipation.

Works great
After stopping smoking, I was quite constipated. I heard Optifibre was good. I took one sachet a day for a few days but within 24hrs of taking this, I managed to go very easily. I highly recommend this product. Postage was quick, arrived sooner than I expected. Pleased with my purchase and will be buying more
