I use this in everything - protein bars, shakes, porridge, baking etc. I find it quite sweet so I mix it with the plain one but that just means it lasts for ages. Love that it’s soy/gluten/dairy free and organic too!

Does the job, mixes well enough if you tend to drink slowly you may need to re shake cause the powder settles.  Be warned it’s very sweet when just mixed with milk/water my go to is 6oz soy milk 6oz water ice and a shot of espresso
