Anyone with a low meat intake probably needs pro-B12. However, if you struggle to eat meat because you have a weak digestive system due to under-acidity, age or illness then using an oral spray is a far better way of absorbing the nutrients you need. This is a great product with a nice taste.

I bought this recently as I have a vitamin B12 deficiancy and my vitamin B12 injection was moved from 8 weeks to every 12 weeks as GP says it costs too much to administer every 8 weeks. The taste of this spray is lovely and refreshing and since I have been taking this daily my energy levels have improved greatly. I take 2 sprays under my tongue in the morning and this is absorbed into my blood stream quickly. I chose this spray for that very reason as my stomache does not process vit B12 through diet. This is a fantastic product and I can recommed highly.
