These are a great all-round multivitamin. I have been taking these for a number of years and believe that due to this my health has remained good. I have a rare lung disease and COPD. I recently contracted Covid and was obviously pretty concerned about the effect it would have on me due to my illnesses but remarkably I only had a mild cold for two days. I honestly believe that this was due to my good vitamin levels. I also take organic Zinc and organic calcium. I have not had any Covid vaccines . I would highly recommend this product and company.
