5After struggling with recurrent thrush and UTI and being on back to back meds/antibiotics… I came across this on a forum and honestly it was changed my life. Due to a Chronic UTI...
5Due to a Chronic UTI I need to be on long term antibiotics for nearly 1 year and therefore I am very concerned about my gut and vaginal health. I trust that this probiotics are helping me to prevent side effects from long term antibiotics. I definitely feel it helps me being more regular. I will continue to take them after finishing the course of antibiotics to build up my gut and vaginal health again!

5If you get thrush or UTIs a lot you absolutely need these, I had to have quite a few courses of antibiotics last year which left me all out of whack and these have been the only thing that have helped. Might seem a bit expensive but there’s literally no other probiotic with this many strains plus the yeast digestive bacteria (that I have found). I have problems with dairy but find these fine to takeÂ

5This got to work right away no messing around did the job, anyone taking antibiotics ditch those theyre no good for anyone. After taking these for the first time no more reoccuring Uti's. I've seen overall health improvements too, definitely a favourite now.
