5I have used been using this protein supplement for a while and it has been helping with my recovery. I usually blend it with frozen berries and use coconut milk and it tastes amazing just like all the other products. 5I brought this product for myself. The extra vits and minerals couldn’t hurt right! My Nan got covid she is 84 and stopped eating. I couldn’t think what else to do so I gave her this. She has drank it every day since and started eating again. I’ve ordered her more. She’s now has this at lunch with a healthy breakfast and dinner. Can’t express my gratitude for this product.
