Great For IBS Sufferers
4I tried this after suddenly being hit with severe IBS (possibly caused by unnoticed coeliac, but more tests needed) and have been having some most mornings for a few months now. This has resulted in lactose intolerance and trouble eating a lot of solid foods and fermentables etc without having trouble. With oat milk, this has a pleasant cocoa cereal drink taste but the added stevia sweetener gives a slight bitterness. It would be better without sweeteners, I'd rather add my own like honey or even just a little bit of plain old sugar from time to time, a little doesn't hurt. In any case, I've gone from struggling to eat any decent breakfast that doesn't cause me gas and issues for a while to getting a decent belly full. I can have a 20g protein shake of this with it's other nutrients along with a banana and maybe some coffee and it doesn't bother my gut and sets me up with some energy for the morning. I've also found it helps my gut heal from what could well be coeliac and some early signs of malnutrition are quickly going away.

Very very good!
5I noticed a difference right away after starting this. I use it for breakfast as I've always found shakes to be the best way to give my body what it needs first thing in the morning. This is by far one of the best products I've ever used.

5Now have chocolate and vanilla meal replacements both delicious with the purest of ingredients and a fantastic amount of vitamins and minerals. Always buy a quality product many meal replacement don’t have the vitaminsand minerals you actually need . These products do you won’t be disappointed. No hesitation to recommend

5This is marvellous product  the best product it has almost all the essential B vitamins which makes it great for recovery  it’s low in carbs it’s suitable for those who are doing ketogenic diet I normally take before bed  and wake up fresh it consists variety of different  seeds veggies fruit etc most important no sugarÂ

5Best tasting vegan protein powder on the market - and I've tried a lot! Mixes well, not gritty or 'pea heavy' in taste. In fact, it tastes sweet and milkshaky. Expensive but worth every penny (I think of the money I save by not eating meat, plus other benefits).

5Bought it for my son. He has been having it for breakfast with oats milk. Thoroughly enjoying it. He said that it doesn't feel heavy at all. He doesn't feel hungry until lunch time.Â

5I was looking for a clean Meal Replacement product and came across Raw Organic All-In-One Shake from Garden of Life. Knowing that Garden of Life have a reputation for high quality products, I decided to purchase on that basis. My user experience has been really positive with increased energy and improvements in skin. Also, I use it on its own with Oat Milk, or I combine it with other ingredients in a Power Smoothie. Currently, I'm suffering from cancer and I'm really happy that I found this product, which I will continue to use.
