I am using GofLife raw meal for very many years. Very important to me is the fact that is gluten free. Ingredients are natural and are top. I like the taste a lot even if it is not as chocolatey as the whey chocolate proteins. Does not give the bloat as whey based products even if one scoop provides 20 grams of protein. Many vitamins and low carb.

This product has certainly improved in flavour, it's now sweet and delicious. The old version I used to have to disguise it with fruits bananas to add it's sweetness, I no longer have to do this anymore. I have not noticed any physical changes yet, that's too soon. But it has helped with my cravings for unnecessary snacks.
