I really wanted this to work and was really optimistic because I love the proteins and microbiomes. But this did not improve my energy pre workout, I feel exactly the same. I will not repurchase

The taste isn't as great as I had anticipated based on the reviews but it's acceptable nonetheless. The energy boost is subtle but I have only used it on the days that I definitely didn't feel like working out and I have ended up working out as a result!
