I had been suffering with some outbreaks which I was struggling to get under control. I read that zinc is good for skin problems. I wanted to source a good quality zinc.  I found these from garden of life and wow! Within a few weeks my skin had totally turned around. I won’t be without them now. Natural zinc

As zinc is more abundant in animal foods , less bioavailable in plant foods , and i eat very little meat ,fish , shellfish , and no dairy , i knew my zinc intake was low , and as zinc is one of the ‘calming ‘ minerals , therefore important to calm the nervous system and help  with sleep , ( i went through a period of high stress and sleep difficulty ) i was looking for a good , moderate dose natural zinc supplement , - these have certainly helped to lessen my anxiety , as well as improve the condition of my skin , and help with eye strain .
