The go to multivitamin for me - wholefood and not cheap chemical vitamins. Also the B12 is not the chemical one. Get the bigger pack!Â

Love Garden of Life. Organic products. Some people are put off because of the amount of capsules - 4 a day - but please think about what amounts are needed of natural WHOLEFOOD ingredients! These also contain an enzyme mix! Worth the money.Â
