I do definitely notice a difference from this supplement, especially when I stop taking it. I recently learned almost that the majority of supplement companies get their raw ingredients from a handful of suppliers in China, where ingredient quality is sometimes questionable. I've made a concerted effort to switch to better quality supplements like GOL and I've definitely noticed a difference.

Gently powerful
I first started taking multi-vitamins when I was 17. They fell out of favour with me as I wanted to focus on the foundations; unprocessed and varied diet, good sleep and regular movement. As life gets on and ever more fast paced, I saw supplements as providing some 'insurance cover', but I did not want the synthetically made formulations. They seemed to be a burden on the body, that took time for me to figure out. This is why Garden of Life's 'Vitamin Code' creation is a game changer. They are to my knowledge the only whole food supplement formulations that are recommended by independent supplement test bodies (Consumer lab, Labdoor). More importantly the product assimilates very well with my body, but please be patient and do not expect miracles. I am on my 3rd year of taking this multi-vitamin daily, and I have no thoughts of changing- my health is resiliently positive.
